Who we are

GTA Photo Booths is a small, owner-operated team. We’re the people who answer the phone, load the van, and run your booth from setup to teardown. Most of our weekends are weddings and corporate parties, with a steady mix of milestone birthdays and school or charity galas thrown in.

We built the company around DSLR cameras, proper modifiers, and dye-sub printers so strips read like real photographs. We carry backup bodies, cables, and paper so the booth stays ready through the night, and your attendant handles gear on site.

You’ll see us at banquet halls downtown, converted warehouses in Liberty Village, conference hotels by the airport, and suburban golf clubs. We ask about freight elevators, kitchen load-ins, and sound rules when you book so setup matches your venue’s schedule.

How we work (the practical stuff)

Here’s what actually happens on event day

Gear we bring

Open-air stand, DSLR, strobes or LED depending on the room, dye-sub printer, spare rolls, extension cords, sandbags if we need them, and a prop bin matched to your crowd. Corporate? We pack cleaner signs and often a step-and-repeat friendly layout.

Setup & timing

We typically need 45 to 60 minutes before go-live, longer if the load-in is awkward. We confirm power (standard outlet within ~50 ft), floor space (~8×8 ft), and ceiling height with you or the venue so the layout fits the space you have.

Attendant & backup gear

Your attendant stays with the booth, keeps the line moving, and runs spare camera, printer, and cables from the case if we need to swap anything during the night. That hands-on presence is why we include a person with every booking, not a self-serve tablet on a stand.

Venue coordinators

We introduce ourselves to security, sign in where required, and stick to the venue’s end time. If your planner wants the booth quiet during speeches, we pause. We follow run-of-show and work with your timeline.

  • Templates you approve: Strip art with your names, date, or logo, sent for sign-off before we print live.
  • Digital + print: Guests text or email copies at the booth; you get a full gallery afterward (timing per your package, usually 24 to 48 hours).
