Who we are

GTA Photo Booths is owner-operated. The same people who answer your inquiry load the van, set the booth, and run it until teardown. Most weekends are weddings and corporate events, with milestone birthdays, school galas, and charity evenings in the mix.

We serve Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Oakville, Richmond Hill, and the broader GTA. You will find us in downtown banquet halls, Liberty Village lofts, airport conference hotels, and suburban golf clubs. When you book, we ask about freight elevators, kitchen load-ins, and sound rules so setup matches how your venue actually runs.

We show up with professional DSLR equipment, studio lighting, and a dye-sub printer that produces strips in about twelve seconds. A trained attendant runs the booth from start to finish. Your job is to host the room, not troubleshoot paper jams or queue backups.

How we run your event

We bring an open-air stand, backup camera bodies, printer supplies, extension cords, and props chosen for your crowd. Corporate bookings get cleaner signage and layouts that work with step-and-repeat backdrops.

Setup usually takes forty-five to sixty minutes before go-live, longer when load-in is awkward. We confirm a standard outlet within about fifty feet, roughly eight by eight feet of floor space, and ceiling height with you or the venue coordinator before the day arrives.

On the floor, your attendant keeps the line moving, reloads paper, and swaps backup gear from the case if anything needs it. Every booking includes a trained attendant at the booth for the full duration, not an unattended kiosk on a stand.

We check in with venue security, sign in where required, and hold to your end time. If your planner wants the room quiet during speeches, we pause. We follow your run-of-show and coordinate load-in with the venue team so you are not chasing us down the hallway.

Why clients book us

We are reliable, specific, and easy to work with. Packages start at $550 on our pricing page. A $100 deposit secures your date. There are no travel fees and no surprise charges on the invoice.

Before your event, we send strip template proofs for sign-off. Your names, date, logo, or brand colours go on the layout you approve, not a guess printed live that night.

Guests text or email copies at the booth. You receive a full gallery afterward, usually within twenty-four to forty-eight hours depending on your package. We coordinate with planners and venues on timing, pause for speeches when asked, and keep the booth running without pulling you away from your guests.
