Same core booth with different floor plans, branding rules, and timelines depending on whether you’re in a ballroom or a backyard tent
The homepage is the quick pitch. Here’s the breakdown by event: what we adjust in the room, what we print on the strip, and what to ask your venue so load-in stays on schedule. For booth styles and package tiers, see Products; for dollars and cents, Pricing.
Hardware and staffing in plain language
DSLR body, lens suited to groups, and controlled lighting so skin tones look right on print. We position the stand so elderly guests aren’t climbing stairs and kids aren’t blinded by a bare flash.
Dye-sub strips in roughly twelve seconds. Two copies per session on standard packages unless you add unlimited printing for high-volume crowds.
Text or email to phone at the kiosk; you still receive a master gallery link post-event (typically 24 to 48 hours) so marketing or family can download everything.
Runs the queue, keeps paper loaded, and coordinates with your planner if speeches run long. We pause when you need the room quiet.
Fabric backdrops from our inventory or upgraded custom prints for brand colours. Props scaled to your crowd: classy signs for galas, sillier hats for private parties.
Strip layout with your names, date, hashtag, or corporate logo. PDF proof before we go live so marketing/legal can sign off.
Most couples run us from cocktail hour through open dancing, usually a 3 to 4 hour block. We tuck the booth near the bar or dance floor (not beside the head table, unless you want that traffic). Strip art gets your names and date; colours match your stationery if you send a swatch. Ask about an audio guestbook add-on: guests leave short voice messages after their session, and you receive the files with your gallery, handy for thank-you cards.
Trade shows and staff parties need branding that legal can approve: logo on the strip, brand colours, sometimes a step-and-repeat backdrop. We’ll send a template proof to your marketing contact. For client-facing events, we keep props professional and line flow moving along the aisle.
Shorter run times work: 2 hours is enough for many backyard or hall parties if guests know where to go. We’ll help you pick a start time so the booth opens when people are ready to use it.
Other celebrations (anniversaries, graduations, holiday staff parties) use the same equipment. Tell us your headcount and schedule on the quote form and we’ll slot you into the right package.
