GTA Photo Booths

By accessing and using the GTA Photo Booths website (gtaphotobooths.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
GTA Photo Booths provides open-air photo booth rentals for events across Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Oakville, Richmond Hill, and the greater GTA. Every booking includes a DSLR booth with studio lighting, dye-sub instant prints, a custom print template, on-site attendant, props, and digital delivery via text or email. Packages and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.
Retainer: A non-refundable $100 retainer is required to secure your event date. The retainer is applied toward your total balance.
Balance: The remaining balance is due one week before your event date.
Payment methods: Credit card, e-transfer, cash.
Cancellation policy: The retainer is forfeited for cancellations made more than 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional charges depending on costs already incurred.
Rescheduling: Retainer may be transferred to a new date with at least 30 days notice, subject to availability.
Clients must provide a clear space of at least 8x8 feet with a standard electrical outlet within approximately 5 metres; confirm that the venue permits photo booth setup and operation; supervise guests to prevent misuse or damage to equipment; provide a point of contact on the day of the event; and inform us in advance of any venue-specific restrictions or special requirements.
GTA Photo Booths may use event photos for promotional purposes on our website and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the event date.
GTA Photo Booths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services; service delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including equipment failure, power outages, or acts of God; or injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of equipment by event guests.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of GTA Photo Booths and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
GTA Photo Booths reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
