Where to Place the Booth at Your GTA Reception

May 2026

Most couples and planners get the best traffic when the booth sits near the bar or dance floor, where guests already circulate. We usually avoid the head table unless you want that foot traffic on purpose, since servers and speeches need a clear lane.

On the technical side, we need roughly eight by eight feet of level floor and a standard outlet within about fifty feet. Send a floor plan or venue name when you inquire and we will flag load-in doors, elevator timing, or outdoor cover before you sign.

If your room splits between cocktail and reception, tell us which block should be live. We align start time with when guests are actually ready to pose, not when doors first open.

Booking Photo Booth Coverage for Peak Wedding Season

May 2026

Weekends from May through October fill quickly across Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, and the rest of the GTA. Two to three months out is a practical window for peak Saturdays, though we can often hold a date sooner if the calendar is open.

A $100 deposit locks your date and applies to your balance. Share guest count, venue, and whether you need cocktail hour only or coverage through open dancing. That helps us recommend a three-hour Premier block, a four-hour Elite block, or extended run times on our pricing page.

Strip artwork goes to proof before print day. Send names, date, and hashtag early so the template matches your stationery. Questions on timing or add-ons like unlimited prints are easier to solve in April than the week of the wedding.

How to Choose a Photo Booth for Your Wedding

April 2026

Start with hours, not props. Count when guests are actually free, usually cocktail through open dancing. A three-hour block covers most Toronto-area weddings. Book four hours if you expect a late crowd or a second cultural reception block.

Ask what print means on the quote. Dye-sub strips read like real photographs on paper. A DSLR in the booth helps when grandparents join wide group shots and you want skin tones to look right on the strip.

Confirm you will receive a PDF proof before the event with your names, date, and hashtag. That keeps the layout off the improvisation list on the night of.

Our published tiers run $550 to $1,450 depending on duration. Use that as an apples-to-apples line when you compare vendors, then look at add-ons like unlimited prints or glam lighting.

What to Expect from a Photo Booth Rental

April 2026

Before the event, you lock your date with a $100 deposit, approve strip artwork, and confirm power and floor space. Plan for roughly eight by eight feet and an outlet within about fifty feet of the stand.

We typically need 45 to 60 minutes before go-live for setup. That time does not come out of your rental hours. An attendant runs the queue during the party, keeps paper loaded, and looks after props.

Guests text or email digital copies at the kiosk on packages that include it. Strips print in about twelve seconds on dye-sub gear, so people leave with paper in hand while the dance floor is busy.

Afterward, you receive a full gallery link, usually within 24 to 48 hours, so you can share downloads with family or vendors.

Corporate Event Photo Booth Ideas

Brand the strip and the room. Put your logo and campaign hashtag on the template so guests photograph something your communications team can actually use. The strip becomes a small billboard they take home.

Throughput matters at holiday parties and award nights. Schedule the booth when headcount is highest, often between dinner and speeches. If you expect more than three hundred staff, add unlimited prints so the line does not stall.

Send vector logos and font notes early. We return a PDF proof so marketing signs once, not on event day when someone is hunting for an approver by phone.

Travel is included in our pricing across the GTA. See how we stage corporate timelines compared with wedding flow if you are planning both formats in the same quarter.
